*Note - If you are getting a 404 error message after clicking on a documentation link above, it is necessary to replace the hard-coded value for the site in each link to match the value in which this MX Portal resides.  This change can be done by using a global search and replace to update all URL's at one time.

Global Search and Replace

  1. Edit this instance of MX Find, by going to View Mode -->Advanced Settings --> and clicking inside the 'Instructions' configuration setting.
  2. Switch the WYSIWYG editor from ‘Design’ Mode to ‘HTML’ mode
  3. Copy all HTML code to the clipboard and paste the contents into a text file.  THIS FILE WILL BE THE BACKUP IF NEEDED.
  4. Open another instance of a text file and copy and Paste the contents into that file.  This file will be the working file.
  5. Do a search and Replace as follows:
  6. Search for: 'http://mx365dev.ptassoc.com'
  7. Replace with: the correct client specific portion of the URL.
  8. Delete content in the View Mode -->Advanced Settings --> Instructions configuration setting of the MX Find that was used as the source for the Search and Replace.
  9. Copy all of the updated HTML content from the working text document and paste it into the HTML  mode of the MX Find Instructions field.
  10. Save the Configuration form.

After successfully doing the search and replace, all MX Online base documentation should be available directly from within this client’s site.
